Boasting a distinguished career of more than 16 years in Café & QSR operations, I hold a Hospitality Management Degree from IHM Trivandrum, India. My expertise extends to specialized Industrial Training in Food Production and Food and Beverage from esteemed establishments such as Park Hotel, New Delhi, JW Marriott Mumbai, and Leela Kempinski, Mumbai. Additionally, I proudly earned the title of “winner” in the All India Chef Competition in 2005 and was a valuable member of the pre-opening team at Shangri-la Hotel New Delhi, India.

I am intricately connected with renowned brands such as Starbucks coffee, Costa coffee, Danube, and Choithrams. Presently, I hold a prestigious position at FiLLi Café in the UAE, which I consider both a privilege and a realm of boundless possibilities.

In my current capacity at FiLLi Café, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for overseeing operations in the UAE and spearheading global franchise development. Within this role, my priorities encompass market expansion initiatives, driving research and development efforts, orchestrating successful brand extensions, fostering collaborations, and elevating the overall customer experience. It is a dynamic position that allows me to contribute significantly to the growth and success of FiLLi Café on both regional and global fronts.

Moreover, I have played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and implementing strategies aligned with market trends, facilitating cost reductions, and spearheading innovative product development initiatives. My primary focus lies in developing comprehensive strategic plans aimed at elevating service quality standards. I am committed to implementing rigorous measures in customer care procedures, with the ultimate goal of optimizing guest satisfaction and retention.

My strategic concept, coupled with the ability to align product roadmaps with market demands, has notably contributed to the successful launch of several inventive products. This accomplishment has solidified my position as a critical player in the company’s growth trajectory.

I harbor a profound passion for the restaurant and café industry, and I consider myself fortunate to have collaborated with visionary brand owners such as Mr. Rafih FiLLi. While my commitment to FiLLi Café remains unwavering, I nurture aspirations of launching my own café concept or engaging in a successful startup journey through strategic partnerships.

Our ambitious vision involves the global expansion of FiLLi Café, with plans to open over 300 outlets worldwide within the next five years. Additionally, we aim to introduce our premium tea powders into the modern retail sector, collaborating with more than 450 supermarkets and exploring duty-free options to enhance accessibility and reach.

With over a billion people savoring the taste and embracing the cultural significance of “chai,” this beloved beverage holds the power to forge new connections and rekindle old ones. FiLLi Café takes pride in being an integral part of this rich heritage, dedicated to ensuring its enduring legacy by uniting cultures one cup at a time. Our commitment to this cultural tapestry extends beyond the enjoyment of a beverage; it encapsulates the essence of shared experiences and the fostering of meaningful connections across diverse communities.
