Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative 

In 2020, we started UAE’s first women-centered acceleration and mentoring program, which she leads. Women spreadhead startups get much little funding and training possibilities than men, and we wanted to fill that gap via the program. We selected 100 female-spreadhead startups and gave them weeklong training and workshops that will furnish them to start and grow in business.
