Explain the background of you and your company
I am a founder and CEO, retail banking professional, social entrepreneur, startup co-founder, strategist, and speaker. I’m a mechanical engineer with an MBA in Marketing. Moreover, I’ve been working in banking for 30 years and currently began my own management and business consulting company HUVABUVA which stands for Human Values to business value.
There’s a reason why I provided this name to my enterprise. My robust personal trust and experience more than the previous three decades has been that there’s ONE fundamental difficulty in how the international economy has been forming up. “Organization/profit-Centricity” vs “Client Centricity.”
There are sufficient CEOs who boast about how client-centered they are but no one I have witnessed publishes their mobile number or even mail ID openly telling their customers, “Hey you can call me if you are not getting value from my firm.” They would not as they understand that they have other priorities.
HUVABUVA gives an array of services comprising retail banking, retail business consulting and business services, Employee experience programs, client experience programs, startup support and incubation, marketing services, and corporate and client events design & delivery.
What are your goals?
My target is to enrich the life of the people. In that procedure, I’ve many purposes. These comprise helping businesses and their workers, supporting social causes effectively, i.e., not only posting on social media, giving personal evolvement interventions for experts, supporting startups through their lifecycle, and very crucial, helping brands deliver goosebump moments to their customers.
What do you think is the biggest strength of yourself and your company right now?
My greatest strength lies in my experience and my ability to think futuristically. My history will never hold any meaning for me as I am acutely aware of how the world has transformed. I’d like to learn from today and future “What” requires to be completed – Market requirements, but I’d like to leverage from previous experience “How” it requires to be completed, which means delivering value without compromising on values.
Why did you start this company?
Hence, the inspiration to craft my own space and destiny has been forcing me for the previous ten years. Although, the inertia to leave a paycheck job is always great. As long as you are working for a paycheck, you are mediocre since your mind and point of view are limited by corporate legacy and duplicity. In case you are an individual with a dream, you require to handle your destiny. As difficult as it can sound, the earlier in life you embark on this, the more opportunities for success.
What are the biggest challenges you have to overcome?
I’m still in the center of difficulties, and several of them I’ve not still overcome, but I have trust. After three decades of possessing senior posts and handling teams of around 3000 people in many nations, today, I wait to meet a junior worker in a bank to win a few businesses.
This is a humbling experience, but that is the reality of what I’ve taken on. The biggest difficulty is that I’m beginning from scratch. I understand that my thirty years of experience isn’t worth much. People respect you and provide you time when you’re in a post of power or authority, but you do come to know your real value when that is gone.
It’s what a paycheck job does to you. Provide you with an artificial sense of superiority. You can stand as the CEO of a $100bn international corporation, but you’re another salaried worker of that corporation. On the flip side, a small businessman who makes a $100K yearly income and employs three staff is respected more as he is an employer. There is a big difference, but it is little known. The challenge is to make people aware of this difference as soon as possible.
Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative
Globally and surely, in the United Arab Emirates, I’ve witnessed parents standing stressed out about their kids in high school not being able to get the right exposure to true-world entrepreneurship. As a result, they can demonstrate this in their university applications and, in the procedure, get specialization.
What are the company’s strategies, and how do they stand different from your competitors?
HUVABUVA’s strategy is to give customers worth through a careful requirement gap research complied with a completely thought through and concerning services or product form by getting subject matter professionals from around the world. What is remarkable about HUVABUVA is that we bill customers just if our customers understand the desired worth and the worth is mutually pre-described.
How do you envision the company changing in two years, and how will you lead the change?
While this is always easy to predict what would occur in two years, this is never simple to predict the next month. In two years, I watch HUVABUVA forming itself as a market brand among a select customer unit and would be recognized for giving major customer worth, something that customers have never experienced before, even from the largest of bigger names internationally.
