The journey of founder and co-founders?

My career journey has been punctuated by noteworthy milestones and transformative transitions. I have actively contributed to numerous critical strategic projects and orchestrated pivotal changes throughout my professional trajectory. A key tenet for me is establishing clarity regarding goals right from the outset, followed by the meticulous creation of a plan adorned with identifiable milestones.

In approaching projects, I hold a penchant for tackling the most challenging aspects early in the process. This strategic decision serves a dual purpose: not only does it allow me to confront and address any significant issues head-on, but it also ensures that I have a substantial amount of time remaining to navigate and complete the project successfully before the looming deadline. This proactive and systematic approach has proven instrumental in my ability to navigate complex projects with efficiency and precision throughout my career.

In my approach to handling substantial tasks, I consistently adopt the practice of breaking down large projects into more manageable and actionable smaller chunks. This segmentation not only facilitates a clearer understanding of where to commence but also enhances the overall effectiveness of the project implementation. Embarking on my professional journey, I entered the industry as a Junior Accountant, laying the foundational steps of my career. Over the course of 19 years, my career trajectory has seen a remarkable progression. I ascended through various roles, including Sr. Accountant, Executive Finance, Assistant Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager, and Associate Director, each role contributing significantly to my professional growth. Presently, I hold the esteemed position of CFO, a culmination of years of dedicated effort, continuous learning, and invaluable experiences throughout my solid and dynamic career journey.

How does the company plan to achieve its goals?

My enduring career objectives revolve around advancing within a company where I can perpetually expand my knowledge, shoulder additional responsibilities, and contribute optimal value.
