A complete journey about the company? When you have started, how and where?

It’s been a long and interesting voyage with Web Glaze Services. I started the company in 2015 with the goal of providing cutting-edge IT solutions to businesses. At the time, I was working as a consultant for a leading IT firm, but I realized that I wanted to do something more. I had a vision of creating a company that would not only provide IT services but also helps businesses grow and succeed in the digital age.

With that vision in mind, I started Web Glaze Services from my small apartment in Delhi, India. It was just me and a few other developers at the time, but we were all passionate about our work and eager to make a difference. Over the next few years, we grew rapidly and expanded our services to include web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and more. We also opened new offices in different parts of India and started working with clients from particularly Dubai, Germany, and all over the world.

Today, Web Glaze Services is a leading IT company with a global presence. We have a team of skilled developers, designers, digital marketing experts, and content writers who work tirelessly to provide top-notch services to our clients.

The Journey of the Entrepreneur?

I started my journey with a passion for learning and a desire to achieve something significant in life. After completing my Bachelor’s from RKMV College in Shimla and my Master’s degree from HPU in Shimla, I began working in the insurance sector. This experience helped me understand the financial sector’s inner workings and gave me valuable skills and knowledge.

However, after a few years, I felt the need to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams. I wanted to create something of my own, something that could help people and make a positive impact in the world. That’s when I started Web Glaze Services, an IT company that provides high-quality services to clients across various industries.

Building the company was not an easy journey. There were challenges and obstacles along the way that tested my strength and determination. However, I always believed in my vision and my ability to achieve my goals. I focused on building a strong team and creating a work culture that values innovation, collaboration, and hard work.

Over time, my company has grown and expanded its services, and we have earned a reputation as one of the leading IT service providers in the industry. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved, and I am grateful to my team and our clients for their unwavering support and trust.

Can you tell us more about the challenges you faced along the way?

Sure. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I faced many challenges when I first started out. I had to work twice as hard to prove myself and gain the trust of clients and investors. There were also financial challenges, as we had to bootstrap the company in the early days and rely on our own resources to grow.

But perhaps the biggest challenge was keeping up with the ever-changing technology landscape. The IT industry is constantly evolving, and we had to stay on top of the latest trends and innovations to remain competitive. It was a challenge, but also an opportunity to learn and grow as a company.

What’s next for Web Glaze Services?

We have big plans for the future. We want to continue expanding our services and reach more clients around the world. We also want to invest in emerging technologies like AI and blockchain to stay ahead of the curve.

We regularly hold meetings and discuss the company’s goals and purposes, as well as individual interpretation and growth opportunities. We give our team members the freedom to take ownership of their work and make decisions. This helps to build their confidence and encourages them to take on new challenges.

We invest in training and development programs to support our team members improve their skills and knowledge. This not only benefits them personally but also adds value to the company.
