Upon arrival, head to the XLine Dubai counter located on the P level of the mall. Here, you’ll need to present your booking confirmation email and a valid form of identification such as a passport, Emirates ID, or driver’s license.

After completing the registration process, you’ll be weighed to ensure that you’re provided with the appropriate equipment for the ride. Once you’re completely prepared, you’ll be escorted to a mini-bus that will take you to the beginning point of the ride. The journey to the starting point takes approximately 5 minutes and during the ride, you’ll receive a short safety briefing.

Once you arrive at the departure deck, which is situated on top of the Ammaj Towers at an altitude of 170 meters, you’ll be ready to take the plunge and experience the thrill of a lifetime.
