Burj Azizi Sales Begin: Dubai’s Future Icon Set to Be World’s Second-Tallest Tower

Dubai: On February 18, Dubai’s reputable luxury real estate developer, Azizi Developments, announced the prices of apartments in its latest luxurious architectural tower, Burj Azizi. The prices of ultra-luxurious and premium residential units in Azizi Development’s newest launch, a marvelous tower that is the world’s second-tallest tower, will start from AED 7,149 per sq. ft. and will range up to the highest price, which is AED 34,000 per sq. ft.

As of now, the initial and highest prices for apartments in Burj Azizi Dubai have been AED 7.5 million and AED 156 million, respectively. On January 19, 2025, the lavish and high-end units in this 725-meter-tall tower will be available for purchase across the world in diverse destinations in seven cities, including Conrad Hotel in Dubai, The Peninsula in Hong Kong, JW Marriott Juhu in Mumbai, Four Seasons Hotel (Sydney), The Dorchester in London, Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, and Palace Hotel in Tokyo.

Burj Azizi: A New Landmark Added in Dubai’s Glitzy Skyline

The construction of this 131+ story tower located in SZR, is scheduled to be completed by 2028. Burj Azizi Dubai is the newest landmark added to the city’s glitzy skyline and will feature residential units, hotel, retail & entertainment spaces. Azizi Developments’ founder and chairman, Mirwais Azizi on the price launch of the units in this stunning towering architectural marvel said that he is overjoyed to celebrate Burj Azizi’s journey from concept development to launch.

He said that every day new projects in luxury real estate are launched in Dubai and other cities worldwide. However, outstanding projects like Burj Azizi Dubai are developed once in a generation. Based on Property Finder’s 2024 reports, the city of skyscrapers achieved 180,087 record-breaking investments worth AED 522.5 billion. A significant rise of 36.5% and 27.2% in volumes and value, respectively, has been noted in the previous year compared to 2023, and off-plan properties have served as a major contributor to this drive.

Burj Azizi Dubai: World’s Second-Tallest Tower

Based on Skyscarpercenter’s data, the UAE’s glittering emirate is home to 33 marvelous towers with a height that is more than 300 meters. Additionally, out of the 100 tallest towers completed worldwide, the city houses 14 tallest skyscrapers, including the Burj Khalifa, Marina 101, Princess Tower, 23 Marina, Elite Residence, and others.

It has been declared by Azizi Developments that its newest launched luxurious 131+ story skyscraper will hold some of the best world records like the highest hotel lobby, restaurant, and nightclub on levels 111, 122, and 126, respectively. At its highest level, Burj Azizi Dubai will also feature a special museum, showcasing the records of the building’s evolution through photos, video, and graphics.

This stunning skyscraper will feature an exquisite collection of 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments on 20 floors. Additionally, for each residential floor, an amenity floor will be provided that will offer residents top-tier amenities like swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, gym, yoga center, games rooms, business center, cinema, restaurant, coffee shop, kids’ play zone, supermarket, etc.

The hotel, housed in the Burj Azizi Dubai, will be a 7-star hotel that will feature architectural styles influenced by seven cultural themes, including Arabic, Indian, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Turkish, and French, announced by Mirwais Azizi. He further added that Burj Azizi has been his aspiration for many years. This nearly impossible and challenging development is the result of the tireless efforts of experts worldwide. He expressed his happiness as his dream is progressing towards realization.
